Xueting Lin is a Principal Digital Product Consultant at Roche with extensive experience driving innovation in smart health and wearables technology. With international experience across Tokyo, New York, and Shanghai, she specializes in digital transformation, serving as a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant and Release Train Engineer leading cross-functional teams in agile methodologies.

Lin holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tokyo, where she conducted research in Augmented Reality and Human Computer Interaction. Her career includes significant roles at IBM Watson Health, where she developed data transformation platforms and big data solutions, and at NEC Corporation working on drone applications and control systems.

Currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lin leads enterprise digital transformation initiatives, managing 80-member teams across 5 agile squads while implementing SAFe 6.0 frameworks to accelerate software delivery. She is trilingual, holds Fellow membership at The Global Health Network, and actively volunteers as a hackathon judge and mentor. Her technical expertise spans IoT, Big Data, AI, and product management, with published research in augmented reality and advanced analytics solutions.
